BRAND HISTORY Tresor Rare, 57, was founded in the UK in 1979 by Genia Russo. She was a French entrepreneur with a flair for fashion, elegance, and extravagance. She envisioned a magnificent skin care product with nature’s healing powers.
Passionate, unique, and beautiful active substances were sourced globally. Unique and luxurious skincare was carefully crafted. Tresor Rare became popular in Europe, the UK, and Hong Kong in the 1980s (being a British colony). New management relaunched the brand in 2010.
In 2013, the brand’s reputation was resurrected with the launch of its UK flagship store on Oxford Street and eight new outlets in the USA. Tresor Rare won the Health Beauty America and Cosmetics Business UK awards for its brilliance. In 2014, the brand expanded to Macau, Mauritius, Madrid, San Sabastian, The Bahamas, Mexico, and the UK.
